What we collect

When you sign up, we store your email address. If you choose to share them, we also store your name, the type of conversation you're preparing for, and how you heard about Feedback Mirror. We do this to make the feedback specific to your situation and to understand which channels work for early users.

Recordings

When you make a recording, three things happen. (1) The raw audio and video are uploaded to private storage. (2) We send the audio to Deepgram for transcription and Hume AI for vocal and facial analysis. (3) We send the resulting structured data — never the raw video — to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your verdict.

We never share recordings with other users, sell them to data brokers, or use them to train AI models.

Retention — how long we keep things

• Raw video and audio — Free tier: deleted automatically after 7 days. Pro tier: kept for 90 days. You can delete on demand at any time from your dashboard.
• Transcripts and scores — Kept indefinitely so you can see your progress over time. Deleted if you delete your account.
• Account information — Kept until you delete your account. We honor account deletion requests within 7 days.

Subprocessors

We send data to a small number of trusted services to run the product:

• Supabase — authentication and database (US-East)
• Cloudflare R2 — raw recording storage
• Deepgram — speech-to-text transcription
• Hume AI — vocal and facial expression analysis
• Anthropic — verdict generation (Claude Sonnet 4.6)
• Stripe — payment processing (we never see your card)
• Resend — transactional email
• Vercel — hosting
• PostHog — anonymized product analytics

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct something, or delete your account at any time by emailing jason@chatgptees.co. We honor GDPR-style requests regardless of where you live.
